Located in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota; Homeward Bound Dog Rescue is a private, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization concerned with the welfare of dogs and other animals. They are dedicated to the sheltering, fostering, and re-homing of homeless and unwanted animals. Every week Homeward Bound Dog Rescue has a wide variety of dogs and puppies up for adoption.
The dogs have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested, and microchipped. They encourage visitors to attend adoption events and see if they can find the next addition to their family! Even after 20 years, non-profit organizations like theirs are accepting donations and looking for new volunteers. Their network of foster homes is in need of dog food, blankets, crates (all sizes), toys, and more. Their success is in direct proportion to the communities generosity of supplies, food, and time.
