They specialize in animal adoption and employ strict no-kill animal rescue strategies in their rescue operations. The organization is committed to conducting animal rescue operations, saving and rehabilitating over a million pets over the house.
In addition, North Shore Animal League educates the public about the importance of rescuing homeless animals.
